Innovation, Technology, and Employee Well-being: Learnings from South Summit and AECOC Horeca

This week we were in Madrid, immersed in two of the most important events in the business and food innovation ecosystem: South Summit and the AECOC Horeca congress. It was a valuable opportunity to get inspired, connect, and reaffirm our commitment to transforming the experience of food in the workplace.

We return from the capital with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and the conviction that we’re on the right path. Our participation in these events left us with key insights into how technology, sustainability, and people care can—and must—go hand in hand.

  • Artificial intelligence to transform the workplace food experience

At South Summit, we had the privilege of participating in the talk “Tech for Real Food: AI’s Role in Food Safety & Innovation”, where our CEO Albert Solé Domínguez shared how artificial intelligence can be a powerful ally in fulfilling our mission: transforming food at work.

While we didn’t participate as speakers on this occasion, it was enriching to attend and listen to expert voices sharing ideas and trends that reinforce our vision: the foodservice sector must embrace innovation to adapt to an increasingly connected and demanding world.
