The present General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products and services offered on the website www.norarealfood.com, owned by NORAREALFOOD S.L (hereinafter, NORA REAL FOOD).

The acquisition of any of the products and services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions that are indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Specific Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products and services. These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to purchase any of the products and services offered.

All notifications and communications between users of the website and NORA REAL FOOD will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made by any of the means listed above.

3. Products and services

NORA REAL FOOD is an online prepared food service, offering different dishes every week.

The dishes and their prices are displayed on the screen. NORA REAL FOOD reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and services offered to customers. Thus, NORA REAL FOOD may, at any time, add new products and services to those currently offered. Likewise, NORA REAL FOOD reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products and services offered.

All of this without prejudice to the fact that the acquisition of products and services can only be made through the registration of the USER. The USER will create his/her own Username and Password, through the means provided by NORA REAL FOOD on the platform, which will identify him/her and personally enable him/her to access the products and services. Once inside www.norarealfood.com, and in order to access the contracting of the different products and services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and specific conditions set in www.norarealfood.com.

Currently and in view of the situation of COVID19, Nora Real Food also operates through Glovo App 23 SL.

4. Availability

NORA REAL FOOD guarantees the availability of all the dishes of the day advertised on its website the previous day before 8 pm. If on any occasion we run out of stock of a product, we will call the end customer to propose an alternative product or reimburse the amount. NORA REAL FOOD accepts no responsibility for any damage or harm that may be caused to the USER as a result of faults or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that may cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of www.norarealfood.com during the provision of the service.

5. Purchase process

In order to make any purchase on www.norarealfood.com it is necessary for the customer to be of legal age. It will also be necessary for the customer to register at www.norarealfood.com through a data collection form in which they provide NORA REAL FOOD with the necessary information for the purchase; data that in any case will be truthful, accurate and complete about their identity and that the customer must expressly consent to by accepting the privacy policy of NORA REAL FOOD.

The steps to follow to make the purchase are:

Select the dishes and formats on the website and add them to the shopping cart.

Confirm the order on the page where the selected dishes appear, the units of each dish with the price and the total price.

Select the type of payment.

If you are not logged in as a registered user, you will have to fill in the delivery details.

Orders are only sent to Barcelona city, and depending on the postcode the system will determine whether or not it can be sent. And also if the shipping costs are included or not. For other areas please contact us.

Once the order has been placed, the customer receives an email confirming the order and the breakdown of the order.

The customer will receive the delivery note printed on paper with the order.

6. Delivery


The order will be delivered to the office or address designated by the customer at the time of purchase according to the method chosen. The scope of delivery includes the following areas: Barcelona city, within the postal codes between 08001 and 08042 both included.
For deliveries in other areas, please consult us beforehand.

Delivery is made on the following days and times: Deliveries in Barcelona (consult the FAQs to see the areas) you can receive your order: - Monday to Friday from 12:00h to 15:00h. (other times to be agreed upon prior consultation)

7. Prices, costs and taxes

The prices of the products and services listed on www.norarealfood.com are expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and are guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except for printing errors and regardless of the destination of the order.
There is no minimum order.

The products have 10% VAT included.

The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before he/she formalizes his/her acceptance.

8. Methods of payment

The methods of payment to make the purchase are:

Credit or debit card: Payment can be made immediately through our bank's secure payment gateway. If the order is returned or canceled, the amount will be reimbursed through the same card used.

Cheques Ticket restaurant, Sodexo and Gourmet.

9. Product guarantee

Once the dishes have been delivered, the customer must follow the storage instructions to keep the product in good condition in the refrigerator. On our website we indicate the recommendations in this regard. In any case, the product must be kept refrigerated until it is eaten, which will be within 24 hours of receipt.

The information on faults in the preservation or poor condition of the dish is indicated in point 11.

10. Returns and cancellation policy

The products delivered are cooked food and have an expiry date, which means that the right of withdrawal is not applicable. In other words, the user is informed of the existence of this right but, at the same time, by contracting the service, accepts and agrees that once the dishes have been received he/she will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, which means that he/she will not be able to return them.

11. Liability and exemption from liability

The consumer and user has the right to have the product repaired, replaced, the price reduced or the contract terminated, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II Title IV Book II of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, both free of charge for the consumer, which shall be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended. If, once the product has been replaced and delivered, it is still not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Specific remarks in this respect:

If for reasons attributable to NORA REAL FOOD, such as breakage of the packaging during transport, loss or theft of any of the dishes during transport or failure to preserve a dish, NORA REAL FOOD will replace the defective dish or one missing from the order as soon as possible, provided that it or another dish of similar characteristics is available and the customer is resident in Barcelona districts specified in section 6. If none of these situations occur, the cost of the dish will be refunded.

NORA REAL FOOD accepts no responsibility for the condition of the dish once it has been delivered to the customer, when the latter has not followed the recommendations for preserving the product in refrigeration indicated by NORA REAL FOOD on its website.

NORA REAL FOOD may suspend, withdraw or partially or totally cancel the services subject to contracting at any time and without prior notice. The above provision will not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or that are subject to prior contracting and that will be governed by their specific conditions.

12. Customer service and complaints

To lodge any complaint or claim with NORA REAL FOOD, the customer should contact the customer service department either by telephone on 937637735 or by e-mail at querico@norarealfood.com.

In order to process complaints related to the incidents indicated in point 11, we ask the customer to take photos of the dish in poor condition or whose packaging is broken or defective and send them to the Customer Service Department together with the written complaint.

According to the EU Consumer Online Dispute Resolution and in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa. eu/consumers/odr/.

13. Applicable law

The present conditions shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force. The language used shall be Spanish.

In the event of having to resort to the Courts to settle any dispute between the parties, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona will be applicable.
