And we want to take this opportunity to explain how we recycle the bags at Cantina Digital and how you can help us make this small but meaningful gesture have a positive impact on the planet 🌍

At Nora, we believe that how we do things is just as important as what we do. Eating well also means taking care of our environment. That’s why our commitment doesn’t end in the kitchen. From the moment you place your order until we reuse the bags, every step is designed to reduce waste and promote more responsible consumption.

Step by step: the circular journey of our bags

1. It all starts with your order 🍽️

When you place an order on our website, we cook with fresh, Mediterranean, seasonal ingredients. Then we serve your meals in 100% compostable containers, both the base and the lid, made with PLA, a biodegradable material that naturally breaks down.

2. We prepare it with great care 💚

Once ready, we group your dishes in a reusable cardboard bag that not only protects your food but is also part of our circular recycling system.

3. Eat, enjoy… and recycle! 🔁

When your order arrives at the office, all that’s left is to enjoy it. But once you finish eating, the part where you help us the most begins:

The compostable containers (lid and base) go straight to the organic waste bin. They are designed to disappear without leaving a trace.
The reusable cardboard bag, however, should not be thrown away.
In your company’s dining area, we have set up black bins where you can leave it. That’s how its second life begins.

4. We give them a new chance ♻️

One of our drivers regularly collects the bags from the black bins and takes them to our warehouse. There:

• We check the condition of each bag.

• We select those that can still be used.

• We refurbish, clean, and prepare them to be put back into circulation.

This is circular economy applied to our daily lives: we reuse materials, reduce unnecessary consumption, and avoid generating extra waste.

Together we make a difference

Thanks to your small gesture — leaving the bag in the black bin instead of throwing it away — we are making real progress toward a more sustainable way of eating. Every bag we reuse is one less bag we have to produce, and that is something we can only achieve with you.
