The present General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products and services offered in the website www.norarealfood.com, owned by NORAREALFOOD S.L (hereinafter, NORA REAL FOOD).
The acquisition of any of the products and services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products and services. These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read carefully its content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products and services offered.

All notifications and communications between users of the web and NORA REAL FOOD will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.
3. Products and services
NORA REAL FOOD is an online service of prepared food, each week different dishes are offered.
The dishes and their prices appear on the screen. NORA REAL FOOD reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and services offered to Customers. Thus, NORA REAL FOOD may, at any time, add new products and services to those currently offered. Also NORA REAL FOOD reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without notice, any of the products and services offered.
All this without prejudice to the fact that the acquisition of products and services can only be done through the registration of the USER. The User will create his/her own User name and Password, through the means provided by NORA REAL FOOD on the platform, which will identify him/her and personally enable him/her to access the products and services. Once inside www.norarealfood.com, and to access the contracting of the different products and services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions set in www.norarealfood.com.
Currently and in view of the situation of COVID19, Nora Real Food also operates through Glovo App 23 SL.
NORA REAL FOOD guarantees the availability of all the dishes of the day advertised on its website the day before 8 pm. If on any occasion we run out of stock of a product we will proceed to call the end customer to propose an alternative product or refund the amount. NORA REAL FOOD is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the USER as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks and that cause suspension, cancellation or interruption of service www.norarealfood.com during the provision of the same.
5. Purchase process
The steps to follow to make the purchase are as follows:
Select dishes and formats on the website and add them to the cart.
Confirm the order on the page where the selected dishes appear, the units of each dish with the price and the total price.
If you are not logged in as a registered user, you must fill in the data to send the shipment.
Orders are only shipped to Barcelona city, and depending on the zip code the system will determine if it can be shipped or not. And also if shipping costs are included or not. For other areas please contact us.
Once the order has been placed, the customer receives an e-mail confirming the order and the breakdown of the order.
The customer will receive the paper packing slip with his order.
The order will be delivered to the office or address designated by the customer at the time of purchase according to the chosen method. The scope of delivery includes the following areas: Barcelona city, within the zip codes between 08001 and 08042 both included. For shipments in other areas, please consult in advance.

Delivery is made on the following days and times: Deliveries in Barcelona (see FAQs to see the areas) you can receive your order: - Monday to Friday from 12:00h to 15:00 h. (other hours to be agreed upon prior consultation)
7. Prices, expenses and taxes
The prices of the products and services listed on www.norarealfood.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order. There is no minimum order.
The products have 10% VAT included.
The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before it formalizes its acceptance.
8. Methods of payment
The payment methods to make the purchase are:
Credit or debit card: Payment can be made immediately through our bank's secure payment gateway. In case of necessary return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same card used.
Cheques Ticket restaurant, Sodexo and Gourmet: When delivering the order, the delivery person collects the tickets for the amount of the purchase. In case the checks are for a higher amount than the order, NORA REAL FOOD will not return change.
9. Product warranties
Once the dishes have been delivered, the customer must follow the conservation instructions to keep the product in good condition in the refrigerator. In our website we indicate the recommendations in this regard. In any case it should be kept refrigerated until it is eaten, which will be within 24 hours of receipt.
The information on conservation faults or poor condition of the dish is indicated in point 11..
10. Return and cancellation policy
The products delivered are cooked food and have expiration date so it is exempted from the right of withdrawal with respect to them. That is, the user is informed of the existence of this right but in turn, with the completion of the contracting of the service accepts and agrees that once received the dishes may not exercise the right of withdrawal which means that you can not return them.
11. Liability and disclaimer of liability
The consumer and user has the right to the repair of the product, its replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, as established in Chapter II Title IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, both free of charge for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended. If, once the replacement has been completed and the product has been delivered, it is still not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a price reduction or the termination of the contract. Specific comments in this regard:
If for reasons attributable to NORA REAL FOOD, such as breakage of the packaging during transport, loss or theft of any of the dishes during transport or failure of conservation of a dish, NORA REAL FOOD will replace as soon as possible the defective dish or missing in the order, provided that there is availability of the same or another of similar characteristics and the customer has its address in Barcelona districts specified in paragraph 6.
NORA REAL FOOD is not responsible for the condition of the dish once delivered to the customer, when the latter has not followed the recommendations of conservation of the product in refrigeration indicated by NORA REAL FOOD on its website.
NORA REAL FOOD may suspend, withdraw or cancel partially or totally the services subject to contracting at any time and without prior notice. The previous provision will not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or that are subject to prior contracting and that will be governed by their specific conditions.
12. Customer service and complaints
To file any complaint or claim with NORA REAL FOOD the customer should contact the customer service department either by telephone at 937637735 or through the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to process the claims related to the incidents indicated in point 11, we ask the customer to take photos of the dish in bad condition or whose packaging is broken or defective and send them to the Customer Service Department together with the written claim.
According to the EU Consumer Online Dispute Resolution and in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa. eu/consumers/odr/.
13. Applicable legislation
The present conditions shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force. The language used shall be Spanish.
In the event of having to resort to the Courts to settle any controversy between the parties, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona shall be applicable.
